Meeting Point Art & Justice - „Art as a marketable asset?“


Art Leasing & Invest AG will host a breakfast/lunch event on the topic „Art as a marketable asset?“ together with Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob AG and dimpro - Diserens Management Project.


We will provide our guests an insight into the background of the art market and show you new ways on how to incorporate art in an asset management and –planning context as a marketable asset. The event will focus on the economic, legal and organizational framework.

ART FACILITY MANAGEMENT - Organization of the Regional Group of Northern Switzerland


Bruno Y. Thalmann, CEO of Art Leasing & Invest AG, will be holding a presentation on art facility management for fmpro, the largest Swiss association in the field of facility management and maintenance, and will address the following issues:


- What are the most pressing questions for Facility Managers in relation to art?

- What do I need to know about the art market? 

- How do I deal with art administration as a Facility Manager?
